These terms govern the provision of IT consulting, managed technology services, cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure work, and related offerings by Icon Technology Solutions LLC. By engaging Icon Technology Solutions LLC, the client agrees to collaborate efficiently to provide necessary access, approvals, and information required for service delivery.
Icon Technology Solutions LLC will provide estimated timelines for assessments, implementations, and ongoing service activities. Technology environments are dynamic; while we adhere to agreed schedules for deliverables, certain outcomes (for example, resolution of vendor defects or third-party outages) may depend on factors outside our reasonable control.
Services rendered by Icon Technology Solutions LLC are billed according to the agreed statement of work, service agreement, or purchase order. Third-party license or cloud consumption costs may be billed separately by those vendors unless otherwise managed by Icon Technology Solutions LLC as part of the engagement. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.
The client agrees to grant Icon Technology Solutions LLC required access to systems, accounts, and facilities reasonably needed to perform the services. Icon Technology Solutions LLC assumes that materials and data you provide are legally obtained and that you have authority to permit our use for the engagement.
Icon Technology Solutions LLC follows industry-recognized practices to deliver reliable outcomes. However, no technology provider can guarantee uninterrupted service or elimination of all security risk. Icon Technology Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party failures, force majeure events, or issues resulting from client systems or instructions outside the scope of our documented responsibilities.
